**MISSIONS**

System administrators is needed to assist with but not limited to maintenance and configuration of our internal infrastrucutre such computer systems, servers and network infrastructure. You will install hardware and software and continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of our organization. You will need to actively resolve problems and issues with computer and server systems to limit work disruptions within the company and from time to time assist our global infrastructure team on tickets or infrastructure maintenance. You will report to Matthie Le Go from regional perspective and to Ashley Ward [CTO] when assisting global users or tasks.

**As the System Administrator, you will**:

- Provide workplace technology support to our users in France and remotely to our users across Southern Europe.Occasionally you may also support users in globally.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the internal Linux and Windows Server estate in the region (on premises and Azure) and occasionally our global solutions. This includes to create and maintain of project and operational documentation
- Continually assess and improve the services we offer to our business units in line with their regional requirements and our global scale
- upport the day-to-day operation of all technology or telecommunication devices (hardware, software, server, network, internet, and phone) across our IT Service Management (asset, incident, problem, and change management)
- Operation, maintenance, and expansion of the network infrastructure (Layer 2 - Layer 7) principally on Fortinet System
- Write and evaluate technology related projects, proposals, and reports as required

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal System Administrator**:

- Degree in relevant IT field or have equivalent professional experience
- Certification in Server +, MCSE is beneficial
- Three to five years of relevant work experience
- you have very good knowledge in the areas of Windows and Macintosh clients
- Windows server roles (AD DS, AD FS, DNS and DHCP) as well as networked workstations (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
- ability to manage a multi-domain environment
- your knowledge firewalls and switches (Fortinet) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Ability to document process
- your knowledge of PowerShell and Batch Scripting languages is an advantage
- You have experience in wireless networks and troubleshooting wireless issues
- Communicate well both verbally and in written format French and English
- You are expected to travel between our offices from time to time
