**JOB PURPOSE**:
Manage the delivery of work place services within all market based retail locations in Europe

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage market based work place services in retail locations (including R&M and Cleaning)
- Manage budgetary compliance and Vendor Invoice Management
- Production of monthly financial reports with updates on expenditure
- Support the introduction of a CAFM system for Retail sites
- Ensure all work performed meets Burberry luxury standards
- Support the Architecture team with ad-hoc projects eg. Refurbishments, pop ups, new store opening and closures, including effective closure of snagging/defect lists.
- Support the Senior Manager of Workplace Services with vendor management and performance review.
- Manage process of monthly review meetings with stake holders to ensure agreed KPIs are being met.
- Support the maintenance of asset management and life cycle
- First point of contact for out of hours business critical escalation in relevant market.
- Manage store incident reporting compliance via Sphera
- Ensure statutory and local market compliance for all H&S systems including Preventative Planned Maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance processes.
- Work with vendors to pursue innovation and on-going improvements to services

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- Previous facilities and/or construction experience required
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with MS office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous vendor management
- Knowledge of procurement and forecasting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and maintain confidentiality
- Results Oriented
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise work effectively
- Strong relationship-building
- Highly effective communicator
