The Facilities Operations Manager will play a key role in managing the various SEME locations and a key goal will be to foster and develop internal culture and bring different teams together. We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Professional who will be responsible for the delivery of Facilities Operations and will report to the SEME Regional Facilities Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Paris.

**Facilities Operations Manager - SEME (South Europe,Middle East & Africa) Responsibilities**:

- Management of Facilities Operations in traditional and serviced offices across the SEME Region
- Ensure the delivery of best in class workplace to all Facebook Employees and Contingent workers, including leading initiatives and special projects to enhance the workplace experience.
- Work closely with the Planning and Projects team to ensure the successful delivery of a best in class office of new workplace space, that provides appropriate solutions to enable Meta to scale successfully.
- Management of the working relationships with Landlords, Managing Agents, contractors and local vendors.
- Work closely with key business partners and cross functional groups across EMEA.
- Act as the safety representative for the office. Receive and provide training as appropriate
- Control of business critical/emergency situations and seeks to resolve promptly while ensuring minimum disruption to the business.
- Oversee excellent and consistent levels of customer service delivery across all SEME sites.
- Oversee alignment of standards in terms of hard and soft services including PPM delivery, Events management, MAC process and shipping process including Management of IFM contract including SLA’s & KPI’s.
- Management of Facilities budget/forecasting across the sites.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment.
- Produce and communicate management information (financial, KPI’s, SLA’s, PSC )

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Third level qualified, preferable in property, facilities or operations.
- Strong Vendor Contract management experience
- Organizational skills coupled with attention to detail and follow-up
- Experience in a multi-office environment across multiple time zones
- Strong Client Relationship Management
- Exceptional levels of communication in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment
- 3 + years’ experience in Multi Site / Campus Facilities Operations management role.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Capable of handling high level communication with EMEA Leadership and Heads of Office
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent people management skills with a vision for future development of the FM function.
