**Your mission**:
As the Engineering Director, your mission is to manage multiple engineering teams working for multiple complex projects in Egypt, ensuring the delivery of technical solutions that meet client project requirements in terms of Quality, Cost, and Delivery. Your role will be conducted within a highly complex and normative environment, characteristic of integrated systems (and sub-systems) deployment projects.

Position based in Egypt.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage Multiple Complex Projects and Engineering Teams
- Represent Engineering in Project Management Committees
- Act as a Representative of Colas Rail Egypt
- Provide Regular Reporting and Performance Analysis
- Define and Execute the Engineering Management Plan

**To be successful...**:
You will need to initiate and maintain effective relationships with a variety of internal (Sub-System Managers, Planning Managers, Site Engineering Managers, Quality Managers, etc.) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, etc.). Your ability to build and sustain these relationships is critical in navigating the complexities of multiple projects and achieving success in your role.

**Your profile**:

- Engineering degree with significant experience in Design or Operations/Projects, ideally acquired in the railway sector. Any other relevant education will be carefully analyzed.
- Proven experience in managing complex international projects.
- At least 10 years' experience in senior engineering positions, ideally with increasing responsibilities.
- Ability to take a global view and manage multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
- Negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and clear communication abilities, problem-solving ability
- Excellent level of English and French. Fluency in Arabic is a valuable asset for this position.
