**Regional Sales Manager (F/M) for the South Mediterranean sub-region of EMEA Region to cover Turkey & some North African Countries.**

**Missions**:
Your main missions will be as follows:
Reporting to the sub-region Commercial Associate-Director, with a strong Customer Centric mindset, you will work closely with our clients to develop the right solutions to fulfil their needs and accompagny them in their energy transition journey.

More concretely, you will be in charge of
- Prospecting relying on your strong winning mindset to reach and exceed commercial objectives
- Leading the selling tactics
- Leading the commercial offer preparation
- Closing the deals
- Accompanying contractual execution
- Maintening an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline

Your assignments will include:
The promotion of Axens’ offer by:

- making preliminary technical presentations during regular visits to clients,
- organizing or participating to seminars to promote Axens’ offer,
- developing a strong professional network at all levels from process engineer to C-level.
- The preparation, defense support, push-up of commercial offers for products and technologies (a significant part of this activity will concern the sales of products).
- Being the conductor of your offers by animating interfaces with involved Axens departments.
- The contractual negotiation in coordination with the Legal Department.
- The commercial follow-up of the activity in the commercial zone.
- updating of CRM and transmitting information to Sales Operations Department.
- Pilot the agent network on your zone.
- Embody compliance rules.

**Knowledge and Required Level**:

- You are an experienced and passionate sales engineer with approximately ten years of professional experience and an in-depth knowledge of the energy or chemical industry with ideally experience in the field of industrial catalysts and / or adsorbents.
- You have very a good level in English.

**Associated skills**:

- You have a strong customer centric mindset : you are excellent at listening and understanding your clients and you have the capacity to investigate expressed and non-expressed needs of your client to co-create offers.
- You have the experience in handling complex sales in an international environment.
- You are able to deal with a broad portfolio and with different sales dynamics.
- You have excellent people skills and present well, which helps you manage day-to-day relations with our clients.
- You like to use tools that contribute to the follow up of the commercial activity.
- You take a rigorous approach to analysis and are able to synthesize information, which makes you a powerful and persuasive speaker.
- You have strong abilities in negotiation.
- You offer fresh suggestions with firm conviction while remaining patient, which helps you bring new ideas into the Commercial Business Division.
- You are known for your ability to work in a team and share information.
- You are open-minded and enjoy contact with other cultures in general, given the international scope of the job.
- This position requires a certain level of availability, since it involves frequent travels.
