Thanks to Reveal technology, B2B partners can securely **connect their CRM with their ecosystem**, instantly identify all common accounts, and easily collaborate to source and influence more deals together.

Since 2019 we’ve created a community of **+6,000 companies**, **+9,000 partnerships**, and **+10,000 community members **across the world.

We’re backed by top-tier VCs (Insights Partners, 8Roads, Kima...) and **have already raised $50m in a Series A** to convert all revenue builders into believers of nearbound data, and revolutionize the future of B2B partnerships.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As part of the leadership team, you will support the CEO and the Chief of Staff in scaling Reveal in the coming months. That means implementing new company processes, working on our finances and projections, helping to structure the company executive routines, and managing new transversal initiatives within Reveal.

The job might change over time depending on the company's needs and will allow a wide range of missions linked to different departments such as marketing, sales, finances, product, customer success, partnerships...

To provide a brief overview, here is a non-exhaustive list of core missions:

- Work on financials with the CEO and Chief of Staff: corporate accounting, budgets, cash plans,
- Ensuring company cadences, working with the C-suite and Chief of Staff on key projects,
- Collaborating with Chief of Staff and Chief of Finance on Investors reports,
- Ensure company coordination at a high level with the Chief of Staff: Imagine and structure the company processes, refine company policies, implement ways to follow OKR,
- Help on identifying and recruiting top talents with the HR team,
- Discover the SaaS product management with our CPO and the product team,
- Engage with our users to understand their needs and promote Reveal’s adoption with our customer success, partner success, and marketing teams.

**_ (Keep in mind that we have a lot of needs and areas where we need to fill the gaps. However, most of your missions will be based on the area you want to grow in.)_**

**REPORTING LINE**

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, working for the CEO office.

**YOU WILL LOVE THIS JOB IF**
- **You have a doer mindset and **a high level of **versatility**:

- You have great quantitative and analytical reasoning skills
- You have excellent communication skills in **English, French** is a big plus

**YOUR BACKGROUND**
- Master level in Business or Engineering
- Experience or **strong interest in the tech start-up industry**:

- A record of leadership or engagement in your past school activities
- A previous structuring experience is a huge plus (Audit, consulting )
- Fluent level of written and spoken French (daily professional use in this position).
