Upfluence develops and sells an influencer marketing software worldwide. Our software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of the software in October 2016, the company has shown an impressive growth rate and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico, and Lyon.
**What we expect from you**
As the Paid Acquisition and Partnership Manager, reporting to the Head of Growth / VP Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in driving lead acquisition and building strategic partnerships. We’re looking for a motivated, data-oriented marketer who excels in managing paid channels, developing strategic partnerships, and leveraging these efforts to contribute to our growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- ** Paid Acquisition Management**: Create, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., SEA, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Content distribution) to drive lead generation and revenue, while maximizing ROI and exploring new channels for acquisition.
- ** Partnership Development**: Build pipeline for partnerships and affiliation programs that enhance our acquisition strategy, from identifying opportunities to executing co-marketing initiatives that expand reach and engagement.
- ** Experimentation and Campaign Optimization**: Conduct A/B tests and utilize analytics to refine campaign performance, ensuring efficient spending and meeting or exceeding key KPIs.
- ** Data-Driven Strategy**: Use analytics to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- ** Budget Management**: Assist in managing the paid acquisition budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize returns on each channel.
- ** Collaborative Execution**: Work closely with growth, content, and product teams to align acquisition and partnership strategies, ensuring cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
**This job is for you if**:
- You have at least 3 years of experience (full-time) in paid acquisition, digital marketing, or partnerships, ideally in a B2B environment or agency.
- You are skilled in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like SEA, LinkedIn, and Meta, with a strong understanding of metrics and performance optimization.
- You have experience with strategic partnerships and a knack for finding collaboration opportunities that bring mutual benefits.
- You’re analytical, data-driven, and eager to leverage insights to drive better results.
- You are proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You possess excellent attention to detail and are highly organized.
- You are fluent in English, as we primarily operate in the US;
