**Missions principales**:
Le Delivery Manager sera chargé d’assurer la bonne exécution des prestations IT livrées aux clients. Il veillera au respect des engagements (coût, qualité, délais) et au maintien d’un haut niveau de satisfaction client.

**Responsabilités**:

- Piloter l’exécution des services IT pour plusieurs clients
- Coordonner les équipes techniques (internes et externes)
- Gérer les incidents, changements et demandes en lien avec les processus ITIL
- Animer les comités de suivi et de pilotage
- Être l’interlocuteur principal des clients en phase d’exploitation
- Suivre la qualité de service, analyser les KPIs et mettre en œuvre les plans d’amélioration

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme en informatique, gestion de projet ou équivalent
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de Delivery / Service Manager
- Bonne connaissance des environnements IT (Windows, outils de ticketing, ITSM )
- Sens du service client, rigueur, autonomie, bonnes capacités de communication

Durée du contrat : 3 mois

Rémunération : 45 000,00€ à 50 000,00€ par an

Horaires:

- Du lundi au vendredi
- Période de travail de 8 Heures
- Travail en journée
