**About Your Role**

The Customer Experience (CX) team's vision is to ease our customers' life while proposing them great services. Our team has nearly 150 people and is growing rapidly to support the success of our company. This rapid development presents many transformation challenges that have to be addressed by great talents.

As a Project Management intern, you will help our marketplace to absorb high growth at the highest level of quality by developing scalable processes and launching critical projects.

Some of the questions that you will have to answer daily will be, how can we integrate brands very fast with a seamless experience? How can you improve our support team's efficiency with better tooling? With anything else? What can you automatize?

We are at the beginning of a great journey and there is a lot to do to allow our business to scale in order to deliver on our ambitious goals.

Your missions are defined as follows:

- Support Customer Experience teams by building and maintaining scalable and efficient processes
- Coordinate with other teams (Product, Logistics, Sales) on Tech/Tool projects that may impact the Customer Experience team's efficiency and way of working
- Support our Operations Managers in their day-to-day tasks and projects
- Scope and launch ad hoc or continuous improvement projects
- Constantly review Customer Experience activities at scale in order to improve overall efficiency

**Preferred Experience**:

- Graduated from Top Engineering School or Business School
- You enjoy and are used to working in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
- You have experience in Excel (BI tools and SQL are a +)
- Fluent in English (French is a +)
