**Projet**:
Dans le cadre du déploiement d?un Core Model pour une organisation internationale, vous serez chargé de structurer et de piloter les principales activités liées à la gestion du projet. Votre rôle consistera à organiser les réunions de gouvernance (Comité Projet, Steerco, PMO et Change), suivre les priorités définies et soutenir les équipes streams sur des problématiques opérationnelles. Vous jouerez un rôle central en tant que facilitateur entre les différentes parties prenantes pour garantir l?efficacité et la cohérence des actions.
En tant que PMO, vous assurerez également un rôle de conseil auprès des Chefs de projet des différentes vagues de déploiement. Vous contribuerez à la documentation des processus, au suivi des procédures et à la coordination globale des activités, tout en proposant des solutions concrètes pour répondre aux défis rencontrés.
Vous disposez de 4 à 7 ans d?expérience en gestion de projets ou en tant que PMO, dans des environnements complexes et internationaux. Doté d?une excellente maîtrise du français et de l?anglais (oral et écrit), vous êtes à l?aise pour travailler dans un contexte multiculturel. La connaissance d?une troisième langue européenne est un plus.
Vous êtes rigoureux, pragmatique et force de proposition. Votre dynamisme et votre capacité à communiquer efficacement vous permettent de fédérer des équipes et d?assurer une bonne circulation des informations. Vous disposez d?une expertise avérée sur les outils CRM, notamment pour optimiser les processus et centraliser les informations clients, et êtes capable de tirer parti de ces systèmes pour améliorer l'efficacité des équipes.
