**Il Gruppo Webuild è alla ricerca di neolaureati/e e giovani/e junior, interessati/e a intraprendere una carriera nell’ambito Human Resources in un contesto internazionale.**

L’inserimento avverrà tramite contratto di assunzione diretto presso uno dei nostri progetti con sede a **Parigi**, Francia. Le risorse selezionate prenderanno parte ad un periodo iniziale di formazione, è quindi richiesta la disponibilità al **trasferimento all’estero**, oltre ad entusiasmo, spirito di iniziativa e voglia di apprendere.

È indispensabile una buona padronanza sia della **lingua francese** che di quella inglese, scritta e parlata.

Un **master** in Risorse Umane è sicuramente un plus

Di cosa ti occuperai:
Collaborerai con il team HR di progetto sulle attività di:

- recruiting e selezione del personale locale/internazionale;
- sviluppo reportistica sui KPI HR;
- applicazione delle procedure e dei processi di gestione del personale estero;
- amministrazione del personale;
- documentazione relativa alla contrattualistica del lavoro;
- mantenere relazioni fruttuose con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni;

Cosa ci aspettiamo da te:

- Motivazione specifica alla crescita professionale nella gestione risorse umane;
- Disponibilità al trasferimento internazionale;
- Laurea triennale o magistrale; preferenziale frequenza Master in HR Management;
- Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua francese;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana; buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus;
- Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare in modo efficace;
