**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**We are looking for our next Sponsorship assistant intern/apprentice as of 06/10/2025 and for 12 months at our AXA Headquarters**

**Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris**.

Within Brand team, you will join the Sponsorship team as Sponsorship assistant.

**What You’ll Do**
- Maintain and implement the sponsorship program toolkit.
- Supporting all areas of event management, including hospitality and stadium management.
- Work closely with AXA entities and Liverpool FC to process related approvals.
- Assist in creative improvement, review, and approval.
- Support with planning, budgeting, and administration
- Managing AXA internal meetings and stakeholders.

**Votre profil**:
**Who You Are**
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creative spirit and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve. Experience in Photoshop (image/video processing skills) is a plus.
- A team player who is at ease in a multi-cultural working environment and embraces change.
- Knowledge of project management and a keen interest in sports.
