Within Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Global Trade is the platform that aims to support and finance the growth and sustainable development of our clients. In the Treasury Solutions department, you join the Client Services team that strives to maintain a strong proximity with its customers by supporting them in their daily management.
On a daily basis, your duties are to:
- Work closely with the Relationship Managers (Financial Institutions) and Sales Managers (Corporates);
- Ensure the customer relationship on a daily basis and administrative assistance in the commercial relationship;
- Be the entry point for the client portfolio you will be responsible for and take charge of handling account life events, cash placement and liquidity optimization;
- Contribute to the optimization and security of the system;
- Lead risk management and monitoring of sensitive accounts.
