As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with Nicolas Hernandez, our CEO. You may also have the opportunity to work occasionally with Guillaume Alary-Raisonnier, our Chief Revenue Officer.
- This is a 6-month contract job opportunity related to a maternity leave.
**Within 1 month, you will**:
- Get in touch with some key stakeholders (our CEO, CRO and the Chief of Staff to the CEO) to understand better their expectations and way of working
- Meet the global team through virtual coffee meetings and happy hours
- Get to know better the Board (Executive Committee)
- Take care of administrative duty, like documents to be signed and then sent through a courier or through Docusign
**Within 3 months, you will**:
- Act as a gatekeeper to optimize his schedules, and centralize the communication for him
- Be able to identify clearly and at a glance, the key external and internal representatives (VP, investors, partners, potential clients)
- Organize the first quarterly gathering for our Exec team, which will include travel, hotel booking, meeting rooms reservations in Paris, cab and any other arrangements necessary for the visitors.
**The Skills Set**:
- Master’s degree is preferred (Communication or Management)
- Native French and C1 English proficiency, minimum.
- Proficient in the Google Suite (Gmail, Agenda, Meet, Sheets, Slides)
- Minimum 4 yrs of experience as an Executive Assistant, within a start-up and in an international context
- Organized, with strong attention to details and proofreading.
