Sales Specialist Pharmacy Management Solutions (Paris, France)
Were looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team in Paris and drive the growth of our AI-powered Pharmacy Management System (ERP) in the French market. As we launch our solution across France, youll play a key role in introducing pharmacies to the benefits of digitized workflows and intelligent inventory management.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands pharmacy operations, is passionate about digital transformation in healthcare, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What Youll Do
Identify, approach, and onboard independent and chain pharmacies in Paris and nearby regions.
Conduct on-site and virtual product demos, clearly mapping pharmacy pain points to our ERP capabilities.
Build a solid pipeline of leads, maintain follow-ups, and close deals consistently.
Establish long-term relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and decision-makers.
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to customize sales materials and optimize onboarding.
Gather real-time market feedback to support product localization and roadmap planning.
Represent Aumet at pharmacy trade shows, healthcare events, and industry meetups in France.
Keep detailed records of all sales activities using CRM tools.

What You Bring
PharmD degree or hands-on experience in pharmacy retail is mandatory.
23 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in healthtech, pharma, or SaaS/ERP.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of pharmacy workflows and ability to offer consultative, value-based solutions.
Knowledge of the French pharmacy sector and regulatory landscape is a strong advantage.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently.
Must be based in Paris or surrounding areas and willing to travel locally.
Must hold a valid work permit to operate in France.
