**The Role**
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales Account Executive will manage key accounts as a senior account manager.
Leveraging prior experience and successful project delivery, this role focuses on a portfolio of 15 major pharmaceutical clients. With C-level support and a network of active business partners, the executive will implement our technologies within regulatory affairs and market access teams.
He/she will be responsible for:
- Drive revenue growth that directly translates to accelerating drug development and improving patient outcomes.
- Strategic Account Management,
- Pipeline Management
- Market Intelligence
The position requires expertise in both transactional platform sales and consultative custom solution sales within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
**The Ideal Profile We're Seeking**
**Sales excellence**
- A minimum of five years of experience in sales studies, insight/data or technologies within a Clinical Research Organization.
- Proficiency in consultative selling methodologies, including the Challenger Sales approach.
- Consistently exceeded sales targets over the past two years.
- Proven ability to build and maintain separate pipelines for standard solutions and custom study opportunities.
- Demonstrate accurate forecasting across all revenue streams
**Strategic Account Management**
- Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior executives, researchers, and clinicians in the pharma and biotech sectors.
- Demonstrated significant success in account revenue growth
**Pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences industries experience**
- Over five years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences sectors.
- Familiarity with regulatory affairs and market access teams is advantageous.
**Team spirit and collaborative skills**
**International background**
- Native or fluent English speaker, possessing exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse clientele and stakeholders. Experience in the US is a plus.
- Demonstrates an open-minded approach to new challenges, ideas, and perspectives within the dynamic sales environment.
- Exhibits genuine cultural curiosity, enabling effective collaboration and understanding across international markets and diverse customer bases.
