**Your tasks**
- Handle general administrative tasks and assist in sales related topics
- Transactions & data entry into SAP & IBM Notes (daily quotation, billing, order processing)
- Management of incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Contact with customers
- Support for salespeople
- Product return management

**Your Profile**
- Experience in customer service
- Mastery of French spelling
- you have a sense of customer service
- sense of priority management
- You speak English
- First experience in SAP is preferred
- You are familiar with word and excel
- You are able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- You want to join a caring company, a dynamic and innovative team
