We are looking for a **Channel Partner Manager** to develop our Partnerships team. We propose a solution that supports new organizational and governance models. Gone is the obsolete hierarchical pyramid, Holaspirit allows to describe the organization in a form of roles and circles aligned with the company's purpose.
**Channel Partner Manager accountalibilities include**:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners
- Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
- Manage the performance of existing partners, support them improving their sales and revenue according to our development strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
- Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to align sales and channel efforts ; develop co-marketing initiatives such as local events
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
- Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
- Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
- Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
SaaS world or in an international environment) with a Master / MBA degree in marketing or sales
- **French & English** a must-have
- **30% of your time will be spent at our partners’ site Europe mainly**
