Air Liquide s'est doté d'une organisation IT mondiale avec l'objectif de piloter et de livrer tous les services IT aux entités d'Air Liquide dans le monde en apportant agilité, efficacité et sécurité aux business.
C’est aussi elle qui porte la mission d’intégration de l’ensemble des services IT (infrastructure, industriels et applicatifs) permettant de délivrer un service continu de bout en bout aux opérations, s’appuyant sur des partenaires clefs internes ou externes.

Sous la responsabilité du Project Portfolio Manager (PPM), vous participerez aux missions suivantes:

- Assistance à la gestion du portefeuille projets (~120 projets actifs sur le périmètre européen):

- Gestion opérationnelle des comités de validation projets et des revues de projets : organisation, préparation, compte rendu des revues
- Accompagnement des chefs de projets et des contributeurs pour la réalisation et le suivi de budget des projets
- Suivi et analyse de tableaux de bord et des indicateurs de performance, aide à la décision
- Participation à l’amélioration de la méthodologie Project Management (PMO) et des pratiques (conduite projet, suivi des coûts, facturation, relations avec acteurs internes )
- Participation à l’optimisation du processus de revue des projets, jusqu’à l’automatisation, via la création de dashboard PowerBI.
- Training:

- Réalisation de supports de formation (Anglais / Français) et co-animation des sessions de formation
- Communauté de Pratiques PMO:

- Participation à l’ animation d’une Communauté de pratique PMO : 50 membres basés en France, Allemagne, Pologne
- Benchmark interne:

- Partage de bonnes pratiques et idées avec les autres PMO IT du Groupe Air Liquide.
- Rendre opérationnelles vos connaissances acquises en gestion de projet
- Développer un savoir faire et savoir être en conduite du changement
- Bénéficier d’une expérience professionnelle dans un environnement international.
- Développer vos compétences en création de rapport PowerBI

**Are you a MATCH?**

Vous êtesun étudiant préparant un Bac+5 en École d'ingénieur, École de commerce, Université, en recherche d'un stage alterné ou contrat d’apprentissage (3 jours par semaine au moins)
- Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est impérative à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Vous êtes intéressé(e) par l’IT (sans être nécessairement un expert).
- Votre intérêt pour les solutions collaboratives de Google et la connaissance de Power BI sont un plus.
- Vous disposez d'un esprit créatif, dynamique et analytique.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et fiable
- Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent sens relationnel et d'un réel esprit d'équipe. Vous êtes capable de convaincre.
- Autonome, vous avez des capacités de prise d'initiative et d'organisation.
- Vous êtes capable de produire des supports de communication clairs et synthétiques.
