In this new era where gaming is mainstream entertainment, Gaming companies have an opportunity to reach and engage a broad audience, and creatively engage with communities to drive impact. With the newly formed Global Gaming Business Marketing team, we have the opportunity to showcase how TikTok has become the new Portal to Play. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that is showcasing how leading publishers can launch games as culturally-relevant entertainment properties and get broader entertainment audiences to discover, play and further engage with their games.

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing strategist to join this Global Gaming Business Marketing team in the EMEA region. Marketing Solutions functions as a global marketing strategy center of excellence, focused on establishing TikTok as the industry's #1 destination for gaming culture and impact.

As the EMEA marketing solutions manager, you’ll own TikTok's brand story for the Gaming vertical in the region, translate business objectives, audience data, and cultural trends into meaningful insights and external-facing narratives and content that drive impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own TikTok's brand story across all relevant external channels.
- Partner with GBM global/regional team members and sales teams to articulate the story where needed.
- Be the main POC for external content - Experiences/Events, Top tier Client summits, Industry Relations and Marcomms.
- Create content strategy, outline, script and presentation (when needed), for various types of 1:Many activities - keynote speeches, panel discussions, podcasts, etc. with the aim of growing brands' investment in TikTok.
- Undertake active, ongoing research on /data/content releases adapting global assets with regional data, client & creative content.
- Be business-oriented, and think of our wider strategy and how we implement it throughout the year.
- Be minded to our unique added value for the specific audience.
- Be understanding of the media landscape, our competitors, and TT's value proposition.
- Support B2B marketing programs (Events, PR, Integrated Marketing Communications, Industry Relations, etc.) ensuring alignment with GBM - Global Gaming positioning & messaging
- Act as a consultant for projects' micro-copy (landing page, posts, etc.)
- Always present a new approach to existing internal narratives, suggesting how to communicate to a broad audience.
- Develop storytelling skills to lead all TT speakers to their best speakership performance.
- Support and inspire key partners providing regional gaming content trends reports and education.

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience in marketing/brand strategy roles within a global tech company providing strategy and creative solutions to different markets; working with gaming publishers is a big plus.
- Background in gaming and deep understanding of the ecosystem; passionate about Gaming with a keen understanding of what is relevant and an eye for cultural marketing with actionable trends & insights
- Background in media and performance marketing
- Deep understanding of TikTok's culture and content
- In-depth knowledge of digital culture and understanding of platforms and social media best practices, with experience in social-first production
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
- A gifted storyteller and visionary, with the ability to translate insights into clear positioning & marketing empowerment assets that are actionable and ownable to TikTok
- A natural-born connector, able to lead multiple cross-functional teams with diverse perspectives, cultivate relationships and streamline ways of working
- As this role works with multiple markets, excellent communication and presentation skils in English is essential
- Business fluency or knowledge of French, German, or Hebrew would be a plus, given the regions this role will work with
