**Job Description**:
As part of a maternity leave replacement for a period of 6 months from April, we are looking for a Head of HR Ops reporting to our Chief People Officer to lead the following topics:

- Employee experience & HR Excellence
- Comp & Ben, HRIS, reporting, HR controlling, admin & payroll, labour relations

**What you will do**:

- Manage a great team of 5 perm in admin & payroll, 1 perm in Comp & Ben, 1 intern in labour relations
- Collaborate with HR leads, corporate teams, C-levels
- Build a plan to enable further pay transparency
- Prepare the nomination and remuneration committee
- Draft a Benefits global policy
- Manage the Salary Mass reforecast
- Manage the labour relations: work council, collective agreements, employee questions

**Qualifications**:
This role is excellent for a person _with_:

- Great management skills
- Compensation and benefits expertise
- Ability to be hands on on technical topics and at the same time provide perspective
- Data lover
- Previous experience with a CSE
