**À propos du rôle**

Responsible for the management of a production site of radiopharmaceutical products by leading the following major streams:

- Coordinate relations between site departments (Production / Quality / Engineering) and drive decisions to ensure commitment to targets in terms of production volumes, Quality, timing, cost and reliability.
- Ensure site operations with high standards of compliance, cGMP, Heath, Safety, Environmental Protection and good working practice.
- Participate and contribute to the national extended Leadership Team (xLT) in defining Company strategy on medium and long term while ensuring proper execution of plans.
- Business continuity
- Ensure the agreed production programs meet the process and engineering requirements necessary to achieve the operational targets in terms of quality, quantity, timing, and cost.
- Together with Country Operations Manager provide direction, formulate strategies, and make decisions which ensure the efficient operations on site.
- Accountable to ensure necessary resources (raw materials, equipment, human resources) availability for each production to guarantee Business continuity.
- Lead projects for introduction of new processes ensuring minimum delay in the execution and take responsibility for all operational aspects.
- Management of the site budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, HCs) leading the on-site process for definition, follow-up, control and reporting.
- Management and leadership
- Ensure team development in terms of soft skills and technical competencies (with consistent training programs) ensuring succession planning and right talent management.
- Ensure regular feedback meetings and use the adequate tools to register them
- Coach the site team members to facilitate their collaboration
- Drives cross functional collaboration between all managers and people on site (Engineering, Production, Quality)
- Active participation in recruitment on site for all departments (Engineering, Production, Quality)
- Safety, health, and environment on site
- Delegation of authority as health & safety referent (mental and physical) on behalf of the country operations manager and country general manager, personal criminal liability
- Deployment of the safety culture on the site (respect of the rules, safety moments, trainings...)
- Compliance
- Ensure that all activities and documentation on site complies with existing statutory and corporate standards in the area of regulatory compliance, cGMP, Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection

**Exigences du rôle**
- Engineer, pharmacist or equivalent (Master’s Degree)
- 2+ years of experience on a production site of radiopharmaceutical products or 3-5 years in functions with increasing responsibility within the pharmaceutical industry
- Compliance oriented
- Management and leadership skills
- Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily production operation runs smoothly
- Sense of priorities and capacity to work under pressure
- Local language and Fluent English (oral and written)
