MISSIONS

Sous la responsabilité du dirigeant de Sauvale Production, vous serez en charge de la stratégie d’acquisition et de fidélisation, un poste clé pour le développement de notre jeune marque. Vous managerez une chef de projet, une community manager et un designer graphique, et vos objectifs seront:

- Atteindre les objectifs en termes d’acquisition de nouveaux clients.En collaboration avec une agence, vous optimisez les campagnes existantes et êtes force de proposition pour tester de nouveaux leviers. Vous savez ajuster la stratégie en fonction des KPI observés.
- Augmenter la part du trafic gratuit. Vous mettez en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour augmenter notre notoriété. Vous êtes moteur sur notre stratégie SEO, Social Media et RP.
- Renforcer notre stratégie CRM sur les leads et les clients. Améliorer le taux d’activation et le taux de rétention.
- Améliorer la performance de notre site web, avec un focus sur le taux de transformation. A l’aide de Google Analytics, vous identifier des points d’amélioration et êtes force de proposition pour alimenter notre roadmap de développements.
- Réaliser un suivi hebdomadaire et mensuel des performances et proposer des plans d’actions.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Expérience opérationnelle (minimum 2 ans) en lien avec l’acquisition et le growth
- Maîtrise stratégique et opérationnelle des canaux marketing digitaux
- Vous avez déjà utilisé la plupart de ces outils : Google Analytics, Google tag manager, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google search console
- Dans votre travail, vous êtes passionné, exigeant, proactif, et force de propositions
- Vous faites preuve d’excellentes capacités d’analyse, vous aimez la data et avez une vision ROIste
- La connaissance de Shopify est un plus
