As we evolve our engagement with Health Care Professionals, we have created a new Centre of Excellence (COE) for Contracting. This COE will manage all contracting with Health Care Professionals (HCPs), Health Care Organisations (HCOs), Patients, and Patient Organisations (POs). The COE will support activities across the HCP engagement life cycle, including Global Medical Affairs (GMA), Global Product & Portfolio Strategy (GPPS), and Global Research & Development (R&D) activities.
The **Contracting Coordinator** will manage the end-to-end contracting process for assigned external stakeholders. In this, you will closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the most efficient and effective delivery of the contracting process. You will also ensure effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Ensure timely contracting with HCPs, HCOs, Patient and POs in accordance with Ipsen processes for engagement and contracting
- Work closely with Ipsen business teams to understand the scope and details of the required engagement
- Follow the Ipsen process for engagement with HCPs, HCOs, Patients and POs including, not limited to, reviewing respective country profiles, coordinating with local medical affairs teams etc.
- Draft, review, negotiate and execute the respective contracts (based on Ipsen processes and templates) for such engagements
- Escalate any contracting and/or compliance issues to the Specialist Legal Coordinator
**Qualifications**
This is an 18-month fixed term/CDD contract.
