**L'offre**:
**Vos responsabilités couvrent les domaines suivants**:

- Gestion des tickets de niveau 2 et 3 : diagnostic, accompagnement des utilisateurs, escalade auprès des niveaux 3 et 4
- Communication auprès des clients internes
- Animation et montée en compétences l’équipe « Centre de compétences » (3 personnes)
- Assistance à la préparation et reconditionnement des postes de travail en cas d’urgence. Gestion du stock de matériel informatique local et proposition d’amélioration
- Gestion des prestataires de sous-traitance (Orange, Saphelec, Av-i...)
- Déplacement sur site pour support et projets
- Participation aux projets techniques transverses : migration de filiales, rénovation d’agences, déploiement de solutions du groupe, préconisation et implémentation de nouvelles solutions techniques

**Profil recherché**:
**Qui êtes-vous ?**

De formation Bac+2 à Bac+4, vous avez évolué durant plusieurs années dans le domaine du support IT.

Attiré par un rôle de pilotage, vous êtes devenu leader d'équipe support et avez géré en front des « clients » (internes ou externes) pour restituer les performances de l’équipe support

Vous savez travailler en anglais.
