Cdi - Development Project Manager (F/H)

The project manager is part of the Operations' team responsible to provide together sustainable and agile solutions to Sephora Collection in order to support Sephora's growth.

In the context of evolution of our product development approach, we are looking for our future Development Project Manager.

The development project manager ensures end to end project development in collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders : marketing, expertise, quality, regulatory, purchasing, business development, creation, and suppliers.

He/she is responsible for main KPIs such us time to develop and OTIF.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**

**Build and validate product development planning**:

- Lead pre-design phase
- Build the target planning based on segmentation and complexity
- Coordinate analysis of proposed planning by formula & pack suppliers with project team
- Validate detailed development planning with suppliers and project team integrating project constraints and activation (COMPS)

**Drive end-to-end planning**:

- Lead timelines for dedicated projects, including deliverables, tracking of key milestones, risk assessment and action plan
- Prepare, facilitate and issue report of pilot meetings and operation committees
- Follow-up project costs compliance
- Ensure end-to-end follow up on projects to secure launch delivery considering quality and product value with respect of margin targets, project specifications and market needs, and quantity and timing
- Anticipate difficulties and elevate potential risks and delays with a secure action plan proposal
- Design and drive possible solutions to resolve issues
- Manage production follow-up in collaboration with procurement

**Represent operations and share projects progress**:

- Prepare launch review with the management committee
- Follow up key KPIs (On time in full, time to develop)
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders and project teams, enable a transversal coordination between departments to best match marketing and development constraints and ensure that their commitments are respected throughout the project (pilot meeting)
- Ensure complete, transparent, and regular communication and approval of each stage of the project to the steering committee

- Leadership skills, ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization / suppliers and to engage/challenge key stakeholders
- Ability to develop end to end vision while paying attention to details
- Decision making with suppliers and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise on project management for new product development. Experience with lead-time management tools and knowledge of project management methodology/tools
- Ability to be flexible and agile with constant changes and time restraints; learn on-the-fly
- Organization, rigor and ability to treat data, analysis skills
- Team player mentality, positive mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and problem solving
- Full professional proficiency French and English
- Privileged profile:

- 3-5 years’ work experience preferable in new product development and project management
- Academic background: Master’s degree
- Ability to travel in France and abroad
