**THE ROLE**:
You will integrate the Metrics Tribe of Launchmetrics. As its name suggests, the Metrics Tribe’s mission is to provide our customers with the right metrics to pilot their Voices strategy in order to optimize their Brand Performance. This Tribe consists of 4 squads which work together to improve two of our products **:Discover and Insights**.
Discover is a media monitoring app helping communication and marketing teams track what is said about their brand on a day to day basis. Insights is a strategic benchmarking app helping brands measure their brand performance against competitors and better plan their communication strategies.
As our **Metrics Product Director**, you will be in charge of leading our two product squads, defining the Metrics product strategy and vision, and embarking the whole company behind it.
With your team, you’ll thus have to identify high-level objectives for Discover and Insights, create, maintain, and communicate on their roadmap, analyzing market trends & competitive landscapes, and everything in between. To do so you’ll be working hand in hand with our Data Director to ensure alignment between our product strategy and data strategy.
You will manage Mathilde, our Insights PM and will be directly in charge of the product management of our most used and revenue generating tool of the Metrics Tribe, Discover.
In short, you will be responsible for the success of your products, so you’ll need to:
- Talk with your users and with the industry. A lot.
- Articulate their needs into a clear vision that translates in product features and requirements that can be quantified.
- Define the metrics and KPIs used to measure the adoption and performance of your products over time and feel accountable for their success.
- Work and communicate closely with Product Designers, stakeholders, Product Marketing, CS & Sales, and C-level executives, while speaking the right language with each of them. ️
- Interact every day with a multicultural team based in Paris, Milan, Girona, Shanghai and more. Act as a key element of the integration of DMR (the italian company we recently acquired) in the LM group
- Manage a PM, lead her towards success and mentor her to grow in her role.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
- You have experience in the social/media monitoring, influencer marketing or BI industries.
- You have a passion for solving user problems, discovering pain points and digging deep into potential solutions.
- Fast, results-oriented environments are your thing. You don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and you want to deliver the most value to your customers as quickly as possible.
- You are a kickass organizer and prioritizer. You easily see what to cut and what to keep.
- You love wearing multiple hats: technical, design, UX, sales, marketing You know these roles and how to talk with a specialist in any of them.
- You love Data. You don’t celebrate features, you celebrate successes. Measuring and factoring in those learnings into future prioritization is your bread and butter.
- You’re a great communicator. You realize that you’re not going to figure out all the solutions on your own. You can bring people together to find the best ideas and solve problems together.

- You are an agile guru, knowing how to organize teams to deliver user value in rapid increments.
- You know how to challenge technical teams to develop practical solutions in a complex environment.
- You can think big, taking a step back from the day-to-day delivery to think strategy.
