Vous travaillez en partenariat avec les clients pour définir et exécuter une stratégie de croissance gagnante tant pour Mondelēz International que pour le client.
**Vos missions**
Le poste de KAM Senior a la responsabilité d’un compte client. Il reporte à un Directeur d’Enseigne
- Management d’équipe élargie (_KAM, Category Manager et Assistant commercial) : _Développement et formation des équipes, parcours de carrière, plan de succession, animation de l’équipe et engagement
- Responsabilité de la performance de Mondelēz International totale France et sur ses catégories
- Négociation des accords commerciaux dans le respect de la politique commerciale et de la structure du client
- Développement de la stratégie clients et les plans d’affaires de création de valeur avec son équipe (_Suivi accords et investissements)_
**Profil et compétences**
- Diplôme et expérience minimums requis : BAC+5 commercial avec 12 ans d’expérience en commercial. Expériences préalables de Category Manager et de KAM requises
- Expérience en management d'équipe indispensable
- Compétences fonctionnelles clefs minimum : Vente et influence - Expert /Négociation - Avancé/ Croissance catégorielle et de marques - Avancé/ Environnement retail et croissance clients - Avancé / Partenariat management - Intermédiaire à Avancé / Conditions contractuelles - Expert / ROI promotionnel - Expert
- Compétences techniques : Pack office avec très bon niveau Excel, aptitude financière, maîtrise de l’anglais en fonction des clients du portefeuille
- Compétences générales : collaboration et influence dans un environnement matriciel, sens client, sens business et orientation résultats, vision, coordination et priorisation, prise de hauteur, gestion du stress et de la pression, management hiérarchique et fonctionnel, résilience et agilité, sens relationnel
