Descriptif de la mission

The support analyst will be responsible for firstly elaborating, building, executing a support tool set and then coordinate and promote its usage across IT and Business departments in LCH SA aligned with LSEG Group Cloud Strategy.

Cadre de la mission
- In charge of the project plan execution with Implementation of tactical scripts and solutions to address project objectives.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, business analysts, architects teams and external service providers.
- Preparation and coordination of delivery plan with partners and internal technical teams.
- Participation of standard team procedures in order to meet the service levels required by LCH Members and Clients in both Production and Member Test environments.
- Maintenance of the Test environments data, including its static data, and maintenance of the software required to run the environments, all in relation with the TDM
- Post production follow-up

Compétences requises
- Unix, SQL skills suitable to data analysis and problem solving.
- Desire to automate manual tasks in order to improve efficiency.
- Structured approach to working and following process.
- Proactive and clear communicator who will demonstrate initiative and escalate issues quickly when required.
- Operational verbal and written French and English skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, and capacity to understand the key users
- Direct approach, dynamism, delivery oriented state of mind
- Team spirit, and capacity to work in multicultural and distributed teams
