Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

**Main Duties**
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and inspire the reception team to deliver top-tier service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Strategically manage reservations to optimize revenue and enhance the guest experience
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
- Keep the management team in the loop with key updates and insights
- Drive group bookings and elevate the brand profile through innovative strategies
- Mentor and develop the team, fostering a dynamic and positive work environment

**What We Look For**

- Proven experience as a reception manager in a luxury high-volume restaurant
- Adept at handling reservations, guest inquiries, and managing peak service times with ease
