**ABOUT THE JOB**:
As a Customer Service Team Leader you will focus on supervising and leading a Team of 4 customer service representatives in France.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER?**:

- Manage the day to day team operation, providing guidance to the Team.
- Handle Customer Service issues, such as product recalls or service interruptions, and develop strategies for effective communication and resolution.
- Check if a customer from a region needs and additional attention ; revise tasks to secure coverage based on the incoming requests.
- Be a streamline filter for detailed demands and identify the actual requirements for CS Manager.
- Join meetings which are beneficial for CS department; follow up processes that are in other countries, key take away information and develop locally.

**WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER?**:

- You have completed a bachelor degree.
- You are ready for a second step in your career - 3 or more years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in the automotive sector would be a big advantage.
- You have strong multitasking skills, you are a Team Player and customer service oriented.
- Excel holds no secrets for you.
- You have good knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken.

**ABOUT THE TEAM**

You will be part of an international team of 38 Customer Service employees, reporting to the Customer Service Manager directly.
