Reporting to the Operations Lead.
Develop and manage the main operational schedule.
Create a daily running sheet to provide easy visibility of the action each day
Integration with our programme manager to align with key project milestones
Integration with the Wayfinding planning team to align installation and resources.
Develop delivery schedule for all FA Signage requirements (liaison with FA signage lead)
Liaison with internal managers and client to understand the key dates to plan operations.
Constant communications with all parties to update and amend the plan
Integrate the production schedule with the delivery schedule communicate with the client
Working alongside the venue teams to understand and identify the available time in each venue.
Assist with the scheduling of special projects (Spectaculars, flagpoles, high access etc)
Games Time role to update and report on progress against the masterplan to assist to manage solutions and to re-allocate tasks and resources.
Data integration and management of dates within Quest (our database)
Identify risks and clashes within the operations schedule, provide mitigating solutions and options.
Input and manage data onto Quest and other IT systems.
Management of client expectations through clear communication and co-ordination: creating
presentations and documents for the client.
Support the Social and Sustainability manage to engage our team in our social purpose ambitions and he second life and legacy of the Look of the Games
