As an Onboarding Process Professional, you will optimize onboarding processes for the French commodity market by enhancing data validation methods. Your role ensures consistent PnL, invoicing, and imbalance reconciliations while supporting the development and design of business cases. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and improve onboarding efficiency.
**What you will do**:
- Collaborate with Middle Office, Front Office, Invoicing, and Balancing teams to resolve data issues and validate booking contracts.
- Ensure accurate and timely data availability for invoicing and balancing purposes, working closely with IT and Back Office teams.
- Enhance processes and checks for onboarding information quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate technical and functional requirements, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
- Oversee external data providers, ensuring timely data delivery in line with market rules.
- Supervise integration and acceptance testing, ensuring smooth release updates and system integrations.
**What you bring & who you are**:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience managing energy contracts and/or IT projects in the energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a goal-oriented and team-focused mindset.
- Understanding of the energy market drivers
- Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and adapt to market changes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; German, Dutch, or French are desirable.
