**The Global Strategy and Transformation Directors support Ipsen Management in the definition of the Group strategy. They lead strategic & transformation projects and orchestrate the Group’s long-term strategic plans across Ipsen divisions and functions.**:
**Main job expectations**:

- ** Support the Executive Leadership Team in the definition of Group strategy,**:

- ** Lead a broad range of strategic & transformation projects e.g.: review the strategy of a specific asset, maximize commercial performance in our therapeutic areas, define geographical expansion strategy in attractive emerging markets, assess Life Cycle management opportunities for key assets, Define priorities in digital and advanced analytics**:

- ** Orchestrate the Group’s long-term strategic plans across Group divisions and functions.**:
**Directors are exposed on a regular basis to Executive VPs /Senior VPs levels. Global Strategy and Transformation Directors need to be capable of interacting autonomously at that level. They also need to be capable of engaging with Project Leaders from third party contractors, in particular from Strategy & Management Consulting firms.**:
**Experience/educational background**:
**PhD and/or Business school and/or PharmD and/or MD. Minimum of 6 years of previous work experience in life sciences and/or strategy consulting**:
