Global Customer Service Investigation Leader

You will be responsible for managing the entire investigation to handle technical issues and complaints from subsidiaries/distributors regarding immunology reagents, in order to ensure full customer satisfaction.
**What will be your mission ?**
- Provide **technical support on reagents** for the immunology range to subsidiaries and distributors
- Be responsible and **lead investigations** related to the immunology range
- Monitor **CAPAs** (preventive and corrective actions) following investigations
- Have an **overview** of the **system** issues (instruments and reagents)
- ** Lead meetings** **around investigations** and work closely with other departments (production site, R&D )
- ** Monitor and report on the status** of investigations within the required timeframe
- Play a key role in the **preparation and participation in audits**
- ** Develop tools** to help subsidiaries/distributors to provide support to customers (troubleshooting tool, frequently asked questions’ guide, indicators )
- Contribute to the **continuous improvement of products** and provide feedback on product complaints to the production and R&D department as well as to other GCS teams
**Who are you ?**
- ** Master’s degree in sciences, **biology or pharmaceutical domain
- Minimum of **3 years’ experience** as an **Application Specialist**, ideally for reagents in the immunology range
- Good **knowledge of clinical laboratories and hospitals**
- You are **fluent in English**
- ** Customer service **skills, **proactivity,** open minded
- ** Leadership, ability to convince** and obtain adhesion.
- Ability to **work as part of a team** and to demonstrate **autonomy**
- **Travel** in France and abroad is to be expected (10% maximum)
