**About the job**
Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Front Office Department, the Night Audit is in charge of welcoming guest in hotel.
**As Night Audit you will be responsible for the following duties**:
- Deliver bespoke and discreet guest service throughout the night, upholding the exceptional standards expected in a luxury palace
- Manage guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out) in line with refined procedures
- Ensure accurate and secure payment handling
- Provide detailed and tailored information about the hotel’s exclusive amenities and services
- Embody the values of the Mandarin Oriental Group and consistently meet Forbes Five-Star standards
- Cultivate guest loyalty through personalized attention and impeccable service
- Anticipate guests’ needs and respond swiftly and elegantly to any unexpected situations
**As Night Audit we expect from you**:
- You have a 2 years experience in a similar position within the upscale hospitality sector.
- Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
- Fluency in English and French is required, along with a third language.
- Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is preferred.
