**Role description**:
**IT Support Specialist (L2)**

**Lille - France**

**Onsite 100%**

**5 month Fixed Term Contract**

**French & English Fluency**

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist (Second Level) to join our team in Lille. In this role, you will provide professional technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Escalate complex cases to higher-level teams or vendors as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships with clear, professional communication.
- Document incidents, solutions, and interactions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Contribute to the knowledge base and best practices documentation.
- Collaborate with L1 support, field technicians, and 3rd-party vendors for seamless service.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction.
- Ensure tickets are assigned, resolved, and closed within SLA timelines.
- Support problem management by coordinating root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Provide occasional on-call support or work outside standard hours when required.

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar L2 IT support role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and networks.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and troubleshooting best practices.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- **Flexible to work in different shifts**.
