Nous recherchons pour une société spécialisée dans le développement des entreprises, un:
**Customer Success Manager H/F - 75**

**Poste à pourvoir en CDI sur Paris**

Vous aurez pour missions:

- Fidéliser et du développer un portefeuille de clients Grands Comptes.
- Maîtriser le cycle de vente d’un logiciel B2B sur des grands comptes
- Contribuer à gérer ou vendre des projets de mise en œuvre de software (avant-vente, fidélisation, conseil, formation, support).
- Assurer la relation commerciale globale avec le portefeuille clients dédiés et identifier les attentes et les besoins d’évolution
- Animer la recherche de nouveaux axes de développement et pour ce faire vous savez vous appuyez sur votre connaissance de l’écosystème, des UX (Vente, Avant-Vente, SAV, Reprise, e-commerce ), ainsi que votre réseau de contacts
- Gestion des contrats,
- Reporting

Votre profil:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC+4/5 et vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire.
Vous parlez anglais couramment.
Votre auto,omie et votre sens du relationnel seront indispensable pour ce poste.
