**Main Missions**:
- Support the journey of a fast-growing company
- Contribute to the creation of a more mature HR team and to HR team growth
- In an international company, making diversity a strength
- Foster corporate culture to create high-performance people and teams
- Managing the Group's social policy
- Define social dialogue strategy and lead negotiations
- Support managers in organization changes and strategic projects
- Support the Talent strategy of the group
- Guaranty compliance and quality of HR department
**Prerequisites**:
- Human Resources professional with 10+ years of progressive human resources in mass manufacturing areas
- Ability to determine and ensure compliance with all French labour and employment laws
- Knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement in the metallurgy industry
- Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex organizational structure - Ability to work under pressure.
- Project management skills and change management
- Strategic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills and initiative.
- Fluency in English and French required
