**ROLES ET RESPONSABILITES**:
Rattaché(e) au département Finance, vous êtes positionné(e) au sein du pôle Contrôle de Gestion Central et travaillez en relation étroite avec les Directions Opérationnelles (Bunkering, Chartering, Logistique ).
**MISSIONS**:
Assurer et développer le pilotage de la performance du Groupe (analyse des coûts opérationnels):
Analyser l’évolution de nos OPEX pour éclairer la Direction financière sur les performances
Réaliser les études nécessaires au pilotage des OPEX suite aux demandes des différentes directions du Groupe (Direction Financière et Directions opérationnelles)
Mise en place de nouveaux KPI de suivi des coûts
**Analyser les résultats réalisés et prévisionnels du Groupe**:
Coordonner et analyser les publications mensuelles (Flash/Forecast), trimestrielles (PFA) et annuelles (Budget)
Reboucler l’évolution comptable de nos coûts avec l’évolution opérationnelle (suivi de Gestion)
Produire les analyses trimestrielles d’évolution des coûts pour le Comité d’Audit
Être en support du Département dans les différentes initiatives de transformation du Groupe.
Accompagner la transformation du Département dans le cadre de l’implémentation de notre plateforme Finance unifiée (Comptabilité/Reporting)
Travailler à la simplification des process et à la digitalisation des Reportings
Coordonner les développements systèmes permettant d’affiner la lecture de la rentabilité du Groupe (nouvelle granularité de standards de coûts)
**PROFIL ET COMPETENCES**:
Master en Finance
Expérience de 5 à 10 ans en Controlling (précédée idéalement d’une expérience en cabinet d’audit)
Bon niveau d’anglais
**Maitrise des outils informatiques**: Excel, PPT, QlikView, Qliksense
Autonome, sens de l’initiative, esprit d’analyse
Qualités relationnelles, sens de l’organisation, rigoureux, gestion des priorités
