THE ROLE
Within our pricing transformation department, you will be the business process expert responsible for our new pricing tool. As an expert, you will help identify needs and pain points and improve business processes related to pricing activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Based on date collected, you will have to propose recommendations in terms of tool, organization and process (target operating models).
**Your main activities are**:
**Process mapping**: You draft the SOP and process of the future operating model of pricing and quotation.
**Testing**: You collaborate in the validation of the deliverable functionalities and the detailed specifications at the different phases of the project. This means a direct implication into the demonstrations of the tool run by IT team to provide your feedbacks and into testing (e.g., preparation and execution of end-to-end tests, user acceptance tests and retests after bug fix).
**Hypercare**: You will be the ambassador of the pricing transformation you designed within the Group. Being in close contact to the community of end-users and supporting them through the transformation of their way of working. This entails a participation to the preparation and the execution of trainings, change management, deployment and hyper-care for a long lasting adoption.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
Graduate experience (university, business school), you already have a pricer/sales experience in other companies.
You are creative, innovative and very curious.
Skills in excel and project management would be an added value.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required for this position.
