Rattaché(e) au Country Manager de la zone France/Benelux, tu seras responsable des équipes et de la gestion des points de vente de la zone

**En tant que Sales Manager Retail, tu es responsable**:

- Du niveau de Performance et de la qualité de Service
- De l’Animation des équipes, du Suivi RH et de la formation
- De la Gestion et de l’organisation des points de vente
- Du Produit et du Visual merchandising sur la zone
- Aimes la relation -client par-dessus tout
- Sais analyser toutes les situations avec recul et agilité, et trouver les solutions adaptées.
- Sais construire un plan d’actions efficace, le suivre et le faire évoluer
- Sais animer et manager des équipes multiculturelles avec bienveillance et exigence
- Es un (e) bon (ne) communiquant (e) et as une véritable capacité à travailler en équipe et à distance
- As de bonnes capacités de coordination avec les différents départements fonctionnels
- As une forte sensibilité Mode et Produit
- Parles et écris l’Anglais couramment, l’Espagnol est un plus.
