**Main responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of central initiatives, ensuring alignment through cascading critical metrics top-down and bottom-up.
- Challenge conventional paradigms and promote internal and external benchmarking.
- Develop an approach to optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost without any losses.
- Guide and mentor Business OPEX managers and Plant OPEX managers in BD Excellence concepts and detailed approaches.
- Complete and resource breakthrough Kaizen events, building capability in safety, quality, and reliability.
- Shape and deploy the BD Excellence roadmap, leading initiatives to improve performance.
- Drive BD Excellence capability development and cross-functional alignment to achieve long-term Continuous Improvement (CI) objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of Key Performance Indicators and Zero Loss Workshops.
- Support the execution of a multi-year Cost to Win (CtW) program to eliminate factory loss.
- Collaborate with Business Unit OPEx Managers and Plant Managers to develop and implement improvement strategies.
- Manage the execution of projects with the goal of enhancing OEE, minimizing waste, and improving labor efficiency.

**Preferred profile**:
We seek a proven leader with a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing and leadership experience, demonstrating a strong passion for safety and customer-centricity. A successful track record in project or program management and 3 to 5 years of experience leading Kaizen events is essential.

**You will also have**:

- Proficiency in Operational Excellence and direct experience in LEAN production.
- Expertise in problem solving, training, and mentoring others.
- Experience in implementing Lean and Six Sigma business systems, with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of the interaction between operational excellence and customer service.
- Ability to translate business objectives into tactical plant activities.
- Critical thinking and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills with all organizational levels.
- Experience in multi-site and multi-cultural environments.
- Demonstrates strong competence in business and finance, effectively connecting projects to business outcomes.
