MISSION(S) PRINCIPALE(S) - Participer à la gestion opérationnelle de la conciergerie. - Contribuer à la signature (visites privées du site et "closing") de nouveaux clients Conciergerie. - Mener des actions récurrentes comme ponctuelles de suivi des prospects, de la clientèle, de leurs véhicules et de leurs demandes dans un outil de type CRM. - Réaliser un suivi du parc automobile quotidien, et les propositions commerciales de services qui en résultent. - Participer à des réflexions concernant la stratégie B2B régionale (partenariats locaux) et mener les actions qui en résultent (prospection téléphonique ou LinkedIn, rendez-vous commerciaux, suivi). - Prospecter une cible de vendeurs particuliers de véhicules de prestige afin de leur proposer notre service d'accompagnement à la vente, réaliser un suivi rigoureux de cette prospection en CRM. - Répondre aux demandes entrantes concernant les véhicules en vente, participer au suivi des ventes auprès de l'Area Manager, contribuer au suivi de chaque dossier (suivi administratif & dans les outils digitaux). - Valoriser l’image de marque de Carsup et contribuer à son attractivité en participant à des évènements. COMPETENCES REQUISES **Savoir** - Bonne connaissance du secteur automobile - Connaissances de la concurrence - Connaissances des produits et services proposés par l’entreprise. - Bonne connaissance des techniques de merchandising, trade marketing. - Connaissance d’une ou plusieurs langues étrangères. **Savoir-faire** - Maîtrise des techniques de vente et d’animation commerciale - Négociation et conclusion des ventes, des contrats et accords commerciaux - Identification et prospection des partenaires potentiels afin d’accroître la notoriété et valoriser l’image de Carsup. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (suite Office) et logiciels métier (logistique, gestion commerciale) **Savoir-être** - Sens du service et bon relationnel. - Capacité à travailler dans l'urgence. - Capacité à définir des priorités - Dynamisme et polyvalence. - Autonomie et flexibilité. - Rigueur et organisation. - Disponibilité. - Solution focused.
