**What you will be doing**
- Orchestrate strategic conversations with enterprise clients, crafting compelling value propositions and securing high-value renewals

- Prospecting or hunting for new business opportunities - this role focuses purely on nurturing and growing existing relationships
- Managing routine, low-dollar renewal transactions - your focus will be exclusively on high-impact enterprise accounts

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the strategic quarterback for our enterprise renewal portfolio, taking full ownership of the client relationship lifecycle and driving revenue retention through sophisticated engagement strategies
- Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B software account management, demonstrating exceptional client relationship skills
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex deals valued at $1M+
- Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to embrace and champion AI-driven solutions in daily operations and strategic planning
- Advanced proficiency with modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and ability to leverage them for maximum impact
