**What you do**
As Customer Excellence and Sustainability trainee officer, you will contribute to better understand Customer Satisfaction drivers and to improve the roadside assistance experience by working with all stakeholders, at global and local level. You will also actively be part of the sustainability monitoring and roadside assistance sustainable action plan set-up.
By joining our Team, you will learn from global environment, facing great customer and sustainability challenges and working closely with global teams and markets across the globe.
During your training, you will have the opportunity to contribute to:
- Develop the roadside assistance customer satisfaction monitoring (OSAT, NPS, complaints), perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to understand satisfaction drivers, customers pain points and improvement areas within the value chain
- Be part of the customer excellence action plan design. follow-up with local business units and global functions, and contribute to customer journey workshops preparation
- Identify satisfaction and sustainability best practices within Allianz partners business units and perform benchmark, market intelligence or customer research
- Actively support the roadside assistance sustainability strategy by enhancing awareness, delivering CO2 emission dashboard, monitoring sustainable product, following the sustainable action plan with global and local stakeholders
