As a HR Manager, you will oversee HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, and employee experience. You will partner with people managers from Professional Services and Customer Success, provide HR guidance and run all HR initiatives. You will also perform a variety of HR-related administrative tasks. You will report to the Chief People Officer.
**What you'll be doing**
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Run HR initiatives: goal setting, people review, career development, merit increases
- Work closely with management and employees to increase performance and retention
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance towards conflict resolution
- Prepare employment paperwork and manage benefits enrollment
- Maintain employee records and update our HR System
- Gather payroll data and collaborate with Payroll vendors
- Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
- Ensure our compliance with applicable local labour law and regulations
**What you'll need to be successful**
- 5-7 years experience as a HR Generalist
- Curious, self-starter, problem solver and results oriented
- Knowledge of labour laws
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in both French and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Master degree in Human Resources or relevant field
