**About the job***:
Directly working with the Comex (co-CEOs & top executives), the right-hand will be at the core of strategic missions and discussions at worklib

**Responsibilities**:
As a Comex Right-Hand Intern, you will be an integral part of our executive team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Preparing and participating to high-level meetings, taking detailed notes and following up with participants
- Contribute to the elaboration of key presentations (strategy presentations, pitch, fundraise, partnerships)
- Conducting market research and analysis on various business topics to support decision-making (flexible workspace market, legal analyses, etc.)
- Contribute to our research and awareness activities on hybrid work and flexible spaces (worklab)
- Collaborating with different departments to implement strategic initiatives.
- Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Comex

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or d’Ingénieur
- Prior experience in Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel)
