This is the role for someone to build relationships and happy to pick up the phone to do so, you get a great range of clients to work and deal with. Working to a very high standard, in a competitive environment, supportive teams and getting a nice work life balance overall.
You will act as the products specialists supporting the sales process to bring on new clients and implement new services. You will be highly proactive and responsive, giving knowledgeable information around the product and service in a timely manner. You will be developing and managing key relationships in a post sales and onboarding environment.
**Some of your key responsibilities will be**:
- Act as the main point of contact for the client.
- Focus on business development activities through client relationships
- Broadcast and sell services and solutions to clients
- Coordinate Client trainings/demos as required to ensure smooth introduction to services
- Build relationships, keep clients informed and up to speed
- Give a service above expectation
- Work in a well built and supportive team
**Must have skills**:
- This is an English speaking role so excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are vital. French speaking will be required also.
- Motivated and driven attitude
- Mid level 3 - 5yrs or so experience
- Proven record in Financial Markets ideally Credit Derivatives, CDS, Fixed Income, Repo, Bonds or Equity or OTC Derivatives products space
- Good knowledge of trading, clearing, post trade and settlements
- Previous project experience
- Proven record in client facing roles
- Experienced in using tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, MSP and CRM tools or Salesforce
- Experience in an international environment
- Proactive - can do and make it happen attitude
