**Your purpose**:
Your role is to support the Key Account Management team in strengthening relationships with strategic clients and ensuring their satisfaction with Zenchef's solutions. By assisting in the preparation of client meetings, implementing loyalty strategies, and addressing client needs, you will play a key part in driving customer success and retention. Your contributions will help optimize the use of our tools, improve client satisfaction, and promote the adoption of new features, ultimately enhancing the value we deliver to our partners in the restaurant industry.
**Your team**:
You will join the Key Account Management team, a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to building strong relationships with our strategic clients. Working closely with experienced Key Account Managers, you will be part of a supportive environment where teamwork, innovation, and client success are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we aim to empower restaurateurs with the best tools and strategies to grow their businesses while ensuring their satisfaction with Zenchef's solutions.
** What you will do**:
- Assist the Key Account Manager (KAM) in managing strategic client portfolios
- Prepare client presentations and participate in client meetings
- Support client interactions, including meeting preparation and account follow ups
- Contribute to the implementation of action plans to enhance client loyalty
- Respond to client requests and ensure follow-up on specific inquiries.
- Help improve client satisfaction through tools like NPS and product feedback.
- Provide training on the Zenchef tool and offer recommendations for its optimal use
- Assist in preparing marketing campaigns to promote new features and product improvements.
**️ What you will bring to the table**:
- Currently pursuing a **Bac+4/Bac+5** degree in **business school**, university, or engineering school with a focus on **commerce, marketing, management, or business strategy**.
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with restaurateurs.
- Professional and polished communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A customer service mindset, coupled with strong analytical and listening abilities.
- Knowledge of the restaurant industry and/or SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in Office tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- A good command of English.
- Enthusiasm for a 6-month internship opportunity.
